To receive a full refund for change of mind, you must ensure that your product is:

  • In its original packaging
  • In a saleable condition
  • Item/s must not be used
  • Returned to our Melbourne warehouse within 14 days of delivery

If you’d like to return your purchase for change of mind, please contact us with your order or invoice number via sales@mayfieldlamps.com.au and return your goods to the address below.  Once our warehouse has received your goods, they will be checked against our returns policy and a refund will be paid within 7 days. Made to order lamp shades are not eligible for a refund.

Outlet Store Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns for items purchased from our outlet store. In purchasing from our outlet store, the customer acknowledges that items may have minor faults (dents, scratches, surface blemishes).

 

What if my item is faulty?
If your ordered product proves to be faulty, please contact us about a warranty claim via sales@mayfieldlamps.com.au

Mayfield is committed to honouring its obligations of law and providing you with an appropriate remedy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Except where the purchase is from our outlet store, you are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
