HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All in stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 days of payment, and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. Deliveries take place Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
Our couriers offer door-to-door service and cannot provide a precise time of the day for delivery. Please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery.
If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an authority to leave the goods unattended. However, this will void your warranty and shipping insurance, and neither Mayfield Lamps nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item.

All purchases from mayfieldlamps.com.au are backed by our 14 day money back guarantee. To receive a refund for change of mind of online orders, you must ensure that your product is:
- In its original packaging
- In a saleable condition
- Item/s must not be used
- Returned to our Melbourne warehouse within 14 days of delivery
If you’d like to return your purchase for change of mind, please contact us with your order or invoice number via firstname.lastname@example.org and return your goods to the address below. Once our warehouse has received your goods, they will be checked against our returns policy and a refund will be paid within 7 days.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund prior to despatch. Once despatched from our warehouse, orders can no longer be cancelled
