Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Melbourne Metro | 1-2 Business Days
  • Sydney, Brisbane & Adelaide Metro | 2 to 4 Business Days
  • Perth Metro | 3 to 5 Business Days
  • For all areas outside of these metro locations, please allow up to 8-10 business days.

Delivery

We ship our products Australia-wide, with free delivery to metro areas for all orders over $200. Orders under this amount will incur a minimal freight charge at checkout. Shipping includes full insurance for products that are lost or damaged.

All in stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 days of payment, and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office. Deliveries take place Monday-Friday during normal business hours.

Our couriers offer a door-to-door service and cannot provide a precise time of the day for delivery.  Please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address to sign for your items and receive the delivery.

If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an Authority To Leave the goods unattended.However, this will void your warranty and shipping insurance, and neither Mayfield Lamps nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item.

Pick Up

In Stock products are available for collection from our Melbourne warehouse by prior arrangement.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and instructions for how to track your order.

To receive a full refund for change of mind, you must ensure that your product is:

  • In its original packaging
  • In a saleable condition
  • Item/s must not be used
  • Returned to our Melbourne warehouse at your cost
